Karate Suit (Gi) Size Chart (Approx. Age)

Based on student height:
00 - up to 120cm (4 to 5yrs)

0 - up to 130cm (5 to 6yrs) 
1 - up to 140cm (7 to 8yrs) 
2 - up to 150cm (9 to 11yrs) 
3 - up to 160cm (12 to 14yrs) 
4 - up to 170cm (15yrs+)
5 - up to 180cm (16yrs+)
6 - up to 190cm (16yrs+)

Sparring Kit & Foot Pads Size Chart
X-Small      Age up to 8 yrs

Small          9 - 11 yrs
Medium     12 - 13 yrs
Large          14 yrs+

Glove Size Chart

To determine the correct size gloves, measure the distance across the lowest, but widest, part of your knuckles on the palm of your hand.

Medium     Age up to 13 yrs

Large          14 yrs+

If you are not sure of the size you require, ask your own club instructor. They will be able to advise on the size needed.
